Booking is as simple as the ABCs
Account Creation
If you don’t already have one, create an account with Virtuoso. Once you have done that, all you have to do is SIGN IN and choose Nik Scott as your Virtuoso Travel Advisor. If you see rates but you're not able to book online, double check that you’ve selected Nik Scott as your travel advisor.

Book Your Luxury Hotel
Follow the easy instructions in Virtuoso's online booking tool. Simply enter your dates to view rates and availability, select the room you want, provide your contact and payment details, and submit!

We'll follow-up with your hotel as part of our usual hotel booking process to make sure you get the best treatment possible and that you receive all the perks of choosing to book through Virtuoso and Brown Sugar Vacations.
Having trouble?

Simple Troubleshooting: If you're having problems booking your luxury hotel, check to make sure you've created an account and you're logged in. If you don’t have an account, the site will prompt you to “contact your advisor” and won’t allow you to complete your booking.

You cannot make bookings in a mobile browser: The Virtuoso Booking Tool is not mobile friendly and won’t allow you to book if you're using a smart phone or tablet. In order to successfully reserve your luxury hotel, you must book from a desktop computer or laptop.

Not all hotels are participating: You'll quickly notice that not all hotels are participating in the program and many will direct you to contact your advisor to request a booking. In those cases you can use the web form on Virtuoso.com or contact us directly and we'll get your hotel booked.

Promotions: Not all promotions are created equal! Some promotions will not combine with Virtuoso rates, so you may not see all of them available when searching rates. If you have your eye on a special promotion, it’s best to reach out to us about it.

Bookings with 24 hours of travel: The booking tool does not allow for bookings made within 24 hours of travel.

Important note: You cannot cancel or change a booking via the Virtuoso Booking Tool. Please contact us directly if you need to change or cancel your luxury hotel booking.

Programs other than Virtuoso
Since Brown Sugar Vacations is affiliated with virtually every affinity club and preferred partner program, sometimes there are programs that we recommend over Virtuoso. In these instances, we recommend you contact us directly to make sure we are getting you the best value and amenities.

Complicated Hotel Bookings
The Virtuoso booking tool is not designed for multiple rooms, special requests, trips involving multiple hotels, or any other complex room situation. For booking requests that go beyond a simple hotel-only reservation, it is still best to contact us to complete your booking.
